Our focus is to prepare accurate tax returns for our clients in a timely manner. We are looking for an EXPERIENCED US tax preparer/ CPA (current & must show proof of license) to join our team and make an impact with our firm and our clients! The successful candidate will help us serve our growing client base and be responsible for preparing and analyzing tax returns for our clients.

These will include 1040, 1120-S, and 1065 tax returns.

We are looking for a proven tax preparer who has:
3+ years experience with complex 1040’s, 1120-S &1065 Tax returns
Positive energy!
Organizational Skills and a Willingness to Learn.
Mastery of the English Language (spoken and written)
Secure & quiet location for client confidentiality
The ability to take the tax return from beginning to ready to file.
Reliable internet and computer
PTIN Number

Tech:
Drake Tax- tax preparation software
Zoom- if we need to video chat
Dialpad- phone system we use
Google suite of products (Gmail. Sheets, forms, drive)
Trello for workflow management
Canopy Tax- Client/file management
Quickbooks Online
