As a LinkedIn and Email Marketing Specialist at Leopard, your role is crucial for driving the operational success of our marketing initiatives. You will be directly responsible for the hands-on management and execution of LinkedIn engagement strategies and email marketing campaigns. This includes growing our LinkedIn follower base, capturing and managing email leads, executing targeted email campaigns, and maintaining an accurate and clean database.
Key Responsibilities:
– Implement strategies to increase followers and engagement on Leopard’s LinkedIn page, utilizing both organic and paid methods.
– Capture and segment email leads through LinkedIn interactions and other lead generation methods.
– Design and execute regular email campaigns, including the creation of content calendars, drafting emails, and scheduling sends.
– Monitor and manage the health of the email list, including regular updates to the database and prompt removal of unsubscribes to maintain compliance with data protection regulations.
– Analyze the performance of LinkedIn and email campaigns, producing detailed reports on engagement metrics, conversion rates, and ROI, and using insights to refine future campaigns.
– Ensure all marketing actions adhere to industry standards and best practices for digital marketing.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in managing LinkedIn pages and executing email marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on tactical implementation.
– Proficiency in using LinkedIn Ads Manager and email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot.
– Strong technical skills in database management and data hygiene, with the ability to effectively use CRM tools to maintain accurate lead data.
– Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
– Attention to detail and the ability to analyze and leverage data to drive decision-making.
– Strong written skills
