Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a proficient Loan Officer Assistant with solid mortgage industry experience to provide comprehensive support to our Loan Officers and clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks related to loan processing, including updating referral partners on the status of their deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Loan Officers with processing tasks such as collecting, organizing, and recording loan documents and information.
Act as the initial point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and offering timely updates.
Follow up with clients to secure necessary documents and keep them informed throughout the loan process.
Coordinate and schedule loan closings and client meetings.
Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and in compliance with company policy.
Update and maintain loan application data within our loan origination system.
Regularly communicate with referral partners, providing updates on the status of their deals.
Qualifications:
Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
Previous experience as a Loan Officer Assistant or a similar role within the Mortgage industry is a must.
Exceptional command of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Outstanding customer service skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Able to handle confidential information responsibly.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Loan Origination Systems.
Able to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and work independently as well as part of a team.
