We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team part time expanding rapidly to full time for the right person.
Role and Position
We have an opportunity for a Marketing Assistant that LOVES Marketing and wants to work on our marketing initiatives – which drive leads and sales for us and our clients.

Requirements:
* Speak solid English and have superior verbal and written communications skills
* A reliable home computer system and reliable high-speed internet connection
* Very detail oriented and meticulous with the ability to work effectively and efficiently without direct monitoring
* Hyperactive communicator
* Willing to learn and grow in your skills and knowledge
* Great team player
* Takes pride in having a job done well and is an overachiever
Some of the tasks you’d be required to do:
*Coordinate and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards.
*Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
*Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
*Continuously track and report project progress, updating stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary.
*Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
*Foster a positive working environment and maintain strong relationships with team members and vendors.
*Contribute to the development and implementation of new marketing strategies that drive business growth.
