The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with extensive experience in optimizing the customer journey. This role is focused on deep analysis and hands-on management, ensuring we understand where each of our leads comes from and how to maximize their potential. Your mission is to oversee the orchestration of our marketing efforts, manage our design, copywriting, and media buying teams, and identify breakpoints in our funnel to improve conversion rates. You’ll be instrumental in enhancing our funnel efficiency, with a particular focus on increasing the uptake of our upsell offers.
Key Responsibilities
*Oversee marketing operations to ensure the highest quality of leads and conversions.
*Analyze lead sources and customer journey maps to identify and rectify breakpoints.
*Manage and coordinate the efforts of design, copywriting, and media buying teams to align with lead quality goals.
*Demonstrate strength in analyzing numbers, particularly concerning funnel performance and sales conversions.
*Test various approaches in the marketing funnel and present actionable solutions to optimize performance.
*Report on the performance of marketing activities with a focus on solutions and improvements rather than strategies and messaging.
Requirements
*Proven marketing management experience, with a keen eye for detail.
*Experience in leading teams of designers, copywriters, and media buyers toward a common goal.
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data related to lead generation and funnel performance.
*Excellent problem-solving skills to test and optimize marketing operations.
*Ability to work from 7 AM to 4 PM Philippine time.
