Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and talented Facebook Media Buyer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing highly effective Facebook advertising campaigns across various industries and geographical regions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns across multiple ad accounts.
2. Conduct in-depth audience research, build targeted audiences (including lookalike and custom audiences), and develop data-driven strategies to maximize campaign performance.
3. Allocate and manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal return on investment (ROI) for clients.
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest Facebook advertising trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as creative, analytics, and account management, to ensure seamless campaign execution and reporting.
6. Analyze campaign performance data, generate insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization and scaling.
7. Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple countries and regions, adapting strategies to local nuances and cultural differences.
8. Continuously expand knowledge of Facebook advertising tools, features, and techniques to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

1. 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Facebook Media Buying, with a proven track record of running successful campaigns.
2. In-depth understanding of Facebook advertising concepts, including CBO (Campaign Budget Optimization), MOFU (Middle of the Funnel), BOFU (Bottom of the Funnel), TOFU (Top of the Funnel), and other relevant acronyms.
3. Experience working with international clients and managing campaigns across diverse geographical regions.
4. Proficiency in campaign budget allocation, financial analysis, and optimization strategies.
5. Solid understanding of Facebook’s ad targeting capabilities, including audience segmentation and targeting techniques.
6. Familiarity with Facebook’s advertising algorithm and its impact on campaign performance.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
9. Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and other relevant advertising tools.
10. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
