Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Media Buyer to manage and optimize our advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing media buys, driving conversions, and maximizing ROI. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising, data analysis, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop, execute, and manage media buying strategies across multiple digital channels including but not limited to Facebook, Google, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
– Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify target audiences and optimize ad placements.
– Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad copy and creative assets.
– Negotiate and purchase advertising space to ensure cost-effective buys.
– Continuously test and refine ad strategies to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
– Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in media buying, digital marketing, or a similar role.
– Proven success in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns with measurable results.
– Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms.
– Excellent understanding of various digital advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote environment.
– Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
– Detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
