The mission of the Media Buyer is to manage multiple Ad Accounts on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) as well as be able to manage other ad account platforms (Taboola, Adroll, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter/X). You will be managing our internal ad accounts as a Digital Marketing Agency, and some of our client account(s) as well. The Role is to ease the company’s growth by managing, deploying and maintaining Advertisting Campaigns across Meta (and in some cases on our Retargeting and other display advertising networks) for our clients. You will be responsible for deploying new ad-campaigns for our clients, and maintaining existing client campaigns on a regular basis (tuning and reviewing performance within our key performance indicators).
Specifically this role is suited for someone experienced working with Meta Business Suiste, and Facebook Ads Manager, as well as experience around Advertising such as targeted audiences, look alike audiences, and understanding key indicators (stats) such as cost per impression, click through ratio, and cost per action types of advertising.
You should be able to write english fluently for advertising copy (while you will be able to utilize our automation tools to help, you will need to be able to edit, modify and create advertising language for facebook ad campaigns). You will be familiar with data processing (i.e. exporting CSV or Spreadsheet data and processing, uploading or otherwise utilizing it between systems or providing basic reports of success). You should be familiar with making an excell spreadsheet and editing existing spreadsheets. Must be a quick learner as the ability to work with our multiple tools and advertising dashboards to achieve success.
You should have experience maintaining, updating and modifing advertising campaigns (We will teach, and show you our systems but you should have experience running or maintaining advertising campaigns in the past such as Google Adwords, Facebook, Linkedin, Retargeting or anything similar). We will show you our sytems and teach you, but you need to posses a base knowledge around advertising systems and concepts in order to succeed in this role.
Here is what success looks like in this role:

– Experience running multiple campaigns on Meta Business suite incuding look alike audiences, split testing, optimization for goals, and more
– Experience with Lead Forms (ultimately integrated to Go high Level) – experience with Go high Level is a plus, mention it in your reply!
– Experience with Advertising in general (ideally you have managed or overseen campaigns in the past)
– Experience with Excell and spreadsheets for managing and collecting data, as well as willingness to collect data from web based tools.
– Experienc and Understanding with conversion tools regarding advertising (generating and/or installing tracking pixels on web sites and landing pages to collect stats).
– Ability to communicate partially (at least part of your shift) during EST (-4 GMT) business hours. Our most successful team members typically work their daily shift somewhere between 7 am and 7 pm EST time zone so they can interact with our clients and other team members, but we do have some flexibility for the right candidate.

– good internet that is reliable to be online those 40 hours!
– Access to a reliable computer, with chrome web browser, (We will provide all microsoft tools and software as part of Microsoft 365) as well as a remote desktop you can fully utilize for everything too.
Please be aware, assuming you want a 40 hour schedule, that schedule will need to partially include 7am to 7pm based on EST time zone (New York, USA),
and you will be expected to communicate via Microsoft Teams during those hours with the rest of our team.
