Job Description

Job Title: Media Buyer
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:
Strategically plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns on Google Ads with a focus on the digital agency/professional services industry.
Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to make informed decisions that maximize ROI and mitigate the impact of increasing CPLs.
Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to ensure campaigns remain competitive and cost-effective.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaign strategies with broader marketing objectives and brand goals.
Develop and maintain relationships with service providers and platforms to secure the best possible advertising rates and placements.
Provide regular, detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Media Buyer, specifically with Google Ads, in the digital agency/professional services industry.
Demonstrable track record of managing successful advertising campaigns with tangible results in lead generation and CPL optimization.
Deep understanding of the unique marketing needs and challenges within the service industry, including strategies to address rising CPL.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform strategy and decision-making.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Creativity and problem-solving ability, particularly in adapting strategies to overcome challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
Experience with budget management and optimization to ensure the best allocation of resources for maximum campaign performance.
