Role: Experienced Mortgage Broker Virtual Assistant
Working Hours: 11:00 PM – 4:00 AM Philippine time (Monday to Friday) – Graveyard shift
Salary: $4 per hour – paid weekly

JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Mortgage Broker Virtual Assistant to provide crucial administrative support to the mortgage broker. The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating smooth transactions and ensuring clients receive top-notch service. As a Mortgage Broker Virtual Assistant, you will handle various tasks to streamline the mortgage application process, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Client Communication: Act as a liaison between clients and mortgage brokers, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and requests, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

2. Document Management: Prepare, organize, and maintain mortgage application documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

3. Data Entry: Input and update client information, loan details, and financial data into our CRM and other software systems.

4. Loan Application Support: Assist clients in completing loan applications, collecting required documentation, and ensuring all necessary information is submitted correctly.

5. Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and follow-ups for mortgage brokers and clients.

6. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with mortgage market trends and rates to provide clients with valuable information.

7. File Organization: Maintain a systematic and organized digital filing system for all client-related documents.

8. Quality Control: Review mortgage applications for completeness and accuracy before submission to lenders.

9. Compliance: Ensure all documentation and communication adhere to industry regulations and company policies.

10. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to mortgage brokers, such as email management, phone call screening, and calendar management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Proven Experience: Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a mortgage-related role is highly preferred.

2. Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and lenders.

3. Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data entry.

4. Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

5. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM software, and document management systems. Experience with mortgage-specific software is a plus.

6. Knowledge of Mortgage Industry: Basic understanding of mortgage terminology, loan types, and the application process.

7. Customer-Centric: A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and a strong desire to help clients achieve their homeownership goals.

8. Self-Motivated: Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and take initiative to improve processes.

: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive client information.

10. Remote Work Skills: Comfortable working in a virtual environment, with a reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup.
