We (at ) are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer specialized in creating engaging visual designs and interactive elements for websites and web-based products. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of HTML5 animations, 3D- & motion graphics, and video editing, allowing them to seamlessly integrate graphics and visual elements into web projects.

Responsibilities:
1. Design and Develop Visual Assets:
a. Create visually appealing graphics, images, icons, and other visual elements for websites and web applications.
b. Design UI elements and layouts for websites and web products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
HTML5 Animations:
a. Develop HTML5 animations that enhance user engagement and interactivity on the website or web application.
b. Optimize animations for speed and efficiency while maintaining a high level of visual impact.
Motion graphics / Video Editing:
a. Create, edit, and optimize videos and animations for use on websites, incorporating animations, transitions, and effects
to enhance user engagement.
b. Collaborate with the content team to create engaging video content that aligns with the brand and product goals.
Integration and Implementation:
a. Integrate visual designs, animations, and videos into the web product using HTML5, CSS, and other relevant
technologies.
b. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration and responsive design across various devices and
platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
a. Work closely with the UX/UI designers, developers, and product managers to ensure the visual designs align with the
overall product vision and user requirements.
b. Provide creative input and ideas during brainstorming and collaborative design sessions.
Testing and Optimization:
a. Conduct testing to ensure the compatibility and performance of visual elements, animations, and videos across
different browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
b. Optimize graphics and videos for fast loading times and optimal user experience.
Documentation and Version Control:
a. Maintain detailed documentation of design assets, animations, and video specifications for ease of integration and
future reference.
b. Utilize version control systems to track changes and collaborate effectively with the development team.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on web design and HTML5 animations.
2. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and relevant web technologies for integrating visual designs and animations.
3. Strong knowledge and experience in video editing using industry-standard tools.
4. Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
5. Familiarity with responsive design principles and best practices.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
Previous experience working on web-based products or digital marketing campaigns.
2. Familiarity with JavaScript and related frameworks for enhancing interactivity and animations.
3. Knowledge of UX/UI principles and design thinking methodologies.
