Experienced Notion Template Creator

We are seeking an experienced Notion Template Builder to join our team and create high-quality Notion templates for resale. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building Notion templates that are ready for use. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using Notion, extensive experience in creating templates, and the ability to provide a user guide with each template.

Responsibilities:

You must be comfortable with the templates being created for re-sale purposes!
Collaborate with our team to understand the specific requirements and target audience for the Notion templates.
Design and develop customized Notion templates that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and tailored to meet the needs of our customers.
Ensure that the templates are organized, optimized, and ready for use.
Implement advanced functionalities and integrations within Notion to maximize the template’s capabilities.
Create comprehensive user guides that provide clear instructions on how to use the template effectively.
Test and troubleshoot templates to identify and fix any issues or bugs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and best practices in Notion to ensure the templates are up to industry standards.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Notion Template Builder or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating the creation of templates ready for use.
Proficient in using Notion and knowledgeable about its various features, functionalities, and integrations.
Excellent design skills, with the ability to create visually appealing templates that are user-friendly and consistent.
Familiarity with advanced Notion functionalities, such as databases, formulas, filters, linked databases, and rollups.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues or bugs in templates.
Attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in template designs.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with our team.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience in creating user guides or documentation for Notion templates.
Understanding of intellectual property rights and the ability to create original templates without infringing on copyright or licensing restrictions.

Note: The initial job will involve creating one Notion template for resale, with the possibility of expanding the template or creating additional templates in the future. There would be potential to collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling descriptions and promotional materials for the templates. Also potential to provide support and guidance to customers who purchase the templates, addressing their queries and concerns. I would like for this to be a ongoing relationship.
