We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager who can dive right into the thick of things at our fast-paced martial arts school. This is a brand-new position, so while we’re still perfecting the ropes, we need someone who can take charge without needing a guiding hand through every step.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

> Lead and oversee our dedicated administrative team, ensuring all tasks are coordinated efficiently and meet our high standards.
> Quality Assurance for all marketing items and funnels to ensure they align with our brand and mission.
> Write and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that streamline our operations and support our growth.
> Drive the school towards achieving key metrics: 30 new members per month and hosting 4 parties every weekend.
> Manage member payment issues and maintain proactive communication with clients.
> Expertise in digital marketing, ensuring promotional designs are creative and high-quality.
> Edit and update the school’s website to keep it fresh and engaging.
> Familiarity with ClickUp is a significant advantage, helping streamline project management and task delegation.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

> Proven experience in operations management, ideally in an educational or recreational setting.
> Strong leadership skills with a knack for problem-solving and decision-making.
> Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
> A self-starter who can ‘own it’—taking initiative and responsibility for their work.

> Deep expertise in digital marketing, with a creative flair for design and website management.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
