We are a growing Social Media Marketing Agency (SMMA) looking for a skilled and versatile Paid Ads Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple aspects of paid advertising, from strategy development to execution and optimization. Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

Conduct market research to identify target audiences and competitors.
Develop comprehensive paid ad strategies tailored to client goals.
Ad Creative and Design:

Craft compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences.
Design eye-catching graphics and video content for ads.
Perform A/B testing on different ad creatives to optimize performance.

Campaign Management:

Set up and manage campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, targeting, and creatives as needed.
Ensure campaigns stay within budget while achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Targeting and Segmentation:

Define and implement audience targeting strategies.
Set up and manage retargeting campaigns to re-engage potential customers.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, CPA, ROI, etc.).
Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

Design and optimize landing pages to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
Implement funnel optimization techniques to drive more conversions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
Proficiency in using advertising and analytics tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
Excellent copywriting and graphic design skills.
Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve campaign performance.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation:

Competitive monthly rate starting from $500, depending on experience and skill level.
