*AT LEAST 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH PAYPAL DISPUTES REQUIRED*
Department: Disputes
Role: As an ecommerce dispute specialist within our team, you are the leader in solving all our disputes on PayPal and/or Klarna vis Klarna or PayPal and/or outbound emails (this is a nonvoice account). You are expected to quickly connect with the people in our team and you are prepared to take over the dispute process from A-Z.
Responsibilities:
*Solve all the disputes on PayPal 6 days a week (40 hours per week, flexible)
*You follow the rules of our dispute handling
*Be proactive and take initiative for the benefit of our team
*Be able to find a suitable solution for every dispute.
*You will be in 1-1 contact with our logistic manager for updates on packages
Note: PART-TIME ROLE IS ALSO ACCEPTED!
Results
All disputes are answered 6 days a week
Achieve targeted KPIs
Communicate with us on a daily basis via EOD report to ensure everything goes right.
Requirements
*ATLEAST 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH PAYPAL DISPUTE*
*EXPERIENCE IN KLARNA DISPUTE IS A NICE-TO-HAVE*
Experienced with customer service
Happy working at tasks on your own
Not afraid to ask questions
Attention to detail
Computer literate
Happy working and communicating with and in our team 🙂
Training will be provided
We are looking for the perfect candidate that can start ASAP and is available to work on the disputes 6 days a week (40hours)

* Payment is biweekly via Wise.
* Salary is up to $1000 a month DOE
