Experienced Pro SEO Project Manager Needed for Boutique SEO Agency

We are an SEO & digital marketing team that is in search of a superstar SEO project manager to help us with our on/off-site customer and team management .

We have about 12 to 15 websites we work on at any one time.

Here’s what we’re looking for in our SEO project manager candidate:

– Knowledge of Search Engine Algorithms
– Experience with managing an SEO team
– Experience working within task management sheets
– Experience with team member assessments and analysis
– Experience with building strategies with data from analytics and rank tracking tools
– Experience managing and organizing team strategy and check up meetings with teams
– Keyword research using different tools (Any will be fine, just let us know what you’re familiar with)
– Experience with content on and off-site for SEO and SEO best practices
– Experience with SEO website Silo structures and internal linking
– Knowledge with Schema markup and optimization
– Experience with Meta tag and heading optimizations
– Knowledge of Social media profile optimizations
– Knowledge of off-page optimization
– Knowledge of backlink building and outreach
– Willing to learn new SEO software and tools for working easier on projects

You will be reporting to the CEO and administrative assistant on a daily and weekly basis. We will need you to log in to our team collaboration platform every day to manage the team and daily tasks for the day, as well as organize weekly strategy and tactic meetings.

Your Weekly Work Schedule will Look Like This:

– Meeting with the admin team to review team work performance and updates
– Structuring and planning weekly or twice weekly team performance meetings if necessary
– Reviewing analytics, keyword tracking, and data platforms to see gaps in optimizations
– Working within our proprietary Google task, content, and backlink management sheets
– Assigning and reviewing tasks from the SEO team members for accuracy
– Building strategy plans for customer websites and projects
– Checking the company emails daily for customer inquiries and information
