ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

– Lead high-performance teams towards project goals while meeting the operational needs of customers.
– Oversee implementation processes, including finance, progress tracking, change control, testing, and delivery for successful project outcomes.
– Report on program performance, ensuring each project achieves milestones against its objective.
– Identify areas for improvement in project execution and delivery, and implement strategies to enhance team performance and project success.
– Facilitate communication and collaborate with all areas affected by the project, including customers, vendors and contractors.
– Incorporate Change Management process into project execution and delivery.
– Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and providing work stream visibility.
– Apply consistency and best practices throughout the project initiation, planning, execution and closing phases.

QUALITIES:

– Experience with hands-on project management: initiation, planning, execution and closure.
– Proven experience building relationships, collaborating, and influencing others.
– Advanced problem-solving, organization, and time management.
– Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
– The ability to learn quickly and pick up tools, systems, and processes.
– Experience overcoming project roadblocks.
– Job requires availability to work from 8am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Previous experience with this work schedule is a MUST.
– PMP is a MUST have.
