Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, particularly in the digital product and online education space. You will play a critical role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and customer support, to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities
– Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion.
– Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
– Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
– Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
– Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
– Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
– Monitor and track project progress, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
– Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans as needed.
– Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
– Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and growth within the project management process.

Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
– 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the digital product or online education industry.
– Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (ASANA , Slack and Trello).
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong leadership and team management abilities.
– Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
– Experience with remote team collaboration and management.
– PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
