Experienced Project Manager Location: Pacific Time Zone

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our team. As our right-hand person, you will play a crucial role in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and delivering high-quality results. You will work closely with the company’s founder to translate ideas into actionable tasks and oversee the project team’s performance.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the founder to understand project requirements, objectives, and deadlines.
• Develop project plans, including task breakdowns, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Identify and hire skilled freelancers from platforms like Fiverr and Upwork to complete specific project tasks.
• Provide clear instructions and expectations to freelancers, ensuring they understand project deliverables and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress and regularly communicate updates to the founder.
• Conduct daily virtual meetings via Zoom to discuss project status, address challenges, and align priorities.
• Track and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and motivation among project team members.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in hiring and managing freelancers from platforms like Fiverr and Upwork.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies is a plus.
• Availability to work in the Pacific Time Zone and attend daily Zoom meetings.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
