Job Overview: As our Real Estate assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our property management team as well as conduct other clerical services. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate financial records are maintained. You will also provide administrative support and help oversee various property management duties. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to earn additional compensation for answering minimal emergency calls.

Responsibilities:
• Minimum of one year of experience in Property management & experience using a portal
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Demonstrated ability to follow precise instructions and adhere to deadlines.
• Pleasant demeanor and outstanding interpersonal skills.
