We are ready to hire today! We are a small California based property management company in business for 20+ years that manages apartments and one airbnb in southern California . We are looking to hire an experienced full time property manager for the long term and will provide detailed training materials and help is a stable, safe, long term job that you could have forever if you work hard and do a good job. Promotions and bonuses will be given to after 9-12 months of working with us. We will provide you with a web-based vitual phone number (go to app), email and anything else that you need.
$800 / month, paid weekly via electronic payment (Transferwise).
Your daily duties will include:
(1) advertising the various apartments that are available on various websites every day and emailing us links to the live adds
(2) promptly answering calls, texts and emails from prospective tenants wanting more information about apartments
(3) promptly answering calls, text and emails from current tenants at a property we manage and helpging with needed repairs.
(4) schedualing repair men, plumbers, handymen etc to perform the repairs and making sure the repairs are completed and the current tenants are happy and accuraretly record all maintence requests received by current tenants. You must take responsiblity for the repairs that need to be done and make sure they are completed and tenant is happy. We will help and support you.
(5) help with various other tasks as needed like finding handymen and appliances

1. Speak and write English proficiently like a native English speaker. Having an accent is fine but you must be able to communicate clearly and proficently.
2. You MUST be 100% available and responsive Monday – Saturday 9am-6pm PST and answer calls, texts and emails received.
3. Batchlors degree and at least one year of rea- eastate property management experience
4. You have the experience and the technical ability to post various ads online in the U.S. on sites like Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and various other websites.
5. You have a strong reliable internet connection (at least 50MBS download and 20MBS upload) and a backup internet connection in case something happens to your other internet connection. Your internet working 24/7 is essential. Without it, you cannot do your job!
6. Must have a positive attitude, an honest and sincere desire to help people, good customer service, be extremely reliable, responsive and a critical thinker with common sense.
