Experienced Python Backend Dev (FastApi, Django, Flask)

We are in search of an experienced Python Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. We are primarily looking for someone who is specialized in Python and backend rather than full stack or frontend.

Our company is building an exciting E-commerce Analytics Platform for Amazon Sellers, and we need your expertise to strengthen our technical backbone.

Role:
You will work closely with our front-end team as well as our existing backend dev, who have built a state-of-the-art React application that integrates with our FastAPI backend. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our FastAPI backend, ensuring smooth communication between the front and back end, enhancing the functionality of our analytics platform, and contributing to our core product development.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, optimize, and manage our FastAPI backend
2. Collaborate with the front-end team to ensure seamless integration
3. Contribute to our core product development
4. Monitor backend performance and optimize as necessary
5. Fix bugs and errors promptly and efficiently
6. Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and code reviews

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Python Backend Developer
2. Strong knowledge of and experience with FastAPI is highly preferred
3. However, developers with strong experience in Django or Flask who are open to learning FastAPI will also be considered
4. Solid understanding of MongoDB.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
6. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
7. Excellent time-management skills
