Seeking experienced VA to call/text property seller leads, follow up, receive inbound calls/text, do property research, data entry, and other light administrative tasks.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Contact seller leads, pre-qualify leads, schedule call or appointment for potential sale of the property.
*Property research to gather owner info & property status, then input property data into MS Excel.
*Light administrative tasks (date entry, postcard mailing, inbound calls, etc.).

Experience with Multi-line Dialer
Your own laptop/desktop computer
Microsoft Excel & Word, Google Docs & Sheets

SCHEDULE:
CHOOSE YOUR HOURS For time sensitive tasks: M – F (9:30am-7:30pm EST), Sat (optional) (10am-3pm EST)

COMPENSATION:
$4.50-$6.00/hour, $792-$1056/month (Determined by experience & skill level), (40+ hours/week).
