*About the Role:* We are looking for a skilled and experienced Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) who specializes in contacting real estate seller leads and booking appointments with homeowners and sellers in the Australian market.
This role is pivotal in generating new business opportunities and requires an individual with a strong understanding of the Australian real estate landscape.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Lead Generation and Management:* Proactively reach out to potential seller leads via phone calls. Efficiently manage and nurture these leads to convert them into appointments.
2. *Appointment Scheduling:* Skillfully schedule appointments between sellers and our real estate agents, ensuring optimal timing for both parties.
3. *Market Knowledge:* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Australian real estate market, trends, and regulatory changes.
4. *Relationship Building:* Develop and maintain relationships with potential sellers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
5. *Data Management:* Accurately record interactions and appointments in the CRM system for future follow-ups and analytics.
6. *Team Collaboration:* Work closely with the sales team to refine lead generation strategies and share insights from customer interactions.
*Qualifications and Skills:*
1. *Experience:* Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate telemarketing or inside sales, with a proven track record in the Australian market.
2. *Communication:* Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on clarity and persuasiveness. A plain, easy-to-understand accent is preferred.
3. *Cultural Knowledge:* Familiarity with Australian slang and local nuances in communication to effectively engage with the target demographic.
4. *Sales Skills:* Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close appointments effectively.
5. *Tech-Savvy:* Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
6. *Self-Motivated:* Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating high levels of self-discipline and organization.
