EXPERIENCED | Real Estate Listing Coordinator

We are searching for committed Real Estate Listing Coordinator to assist our expanding customer base in the Real Estate sector. This individual will handle files, meet deadlines, and engage with clients, agents, lenders, and vendors. The perfect candidate should possess impressive organizational and communication skills and the ability to work autonomously and remain driven.

Administrative Support:
Assist with administrative tasks such as managing emails, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
Manage property
Coordinate and schedule appointments, property showings, and meetings.
Prepare and edit real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.
Conduct market research and gather property information for listings and presentations.
Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Order post cards
Updating MLS with property descriptions
Tracking expenses spent for real estate agents
Handling confidential information

Listing Coordination:
Assist with transaction management, including reviewing contracts, and deadlines, and contingencies.
Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, vendors, and other parties involved in the transaction process.
Facilitate communication and ensure all required documentation is complete and submitted promptly.
Track and follow up on key milestones and deliverables throughout the transaction process.
Help ensure smooth and efficient closings by coordinating with all stakeholders involved.
Enter listing into MLS system and update as needed

Client Communication and Support:
Respond to client inquiries, providing information, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
Assist with client onboarding and support, ensuring a high level of customer service.
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on property listings and market trends.
Help coordinate and execute marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers or renters.
Support lead generation efforts by managing online listings and monitoring lead Sources.

Essential: California Listing Coordination expereince knowledge
Strong understanding of real estate operations, transactions, and documentation.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Proficient in real estate software and tools such as MLS systems, CRM software, and transaction management platforms.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling real estate documents and contracts.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Ability to work independently and remotely, while maintaining a high level of productivity.
Familiarity with real estate marketing strategies and online lead generation is a plus.
High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
