Role: Experienced Sales Cold Calling Assistant
Contract: Part-time / 20 hours weekly
Schedule: 10 AM – 2 PM CST (Some flexibility)
Rate: $400 USD monthly, depending on experience
Availability to Start: ASAP

What you should have
– Must have an experience in Sales and Cold Calling
– Must have at least one year of remote/virtual working experience
– Experience as an Account Manager, Customer Support Associate, or similar positions is a huge plus
– Experience working with Real Estate or Property Management companies is a plus
– Experience in phone, email, and calendar management
– Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
– Experience with Microsft Team or Slack
– Experience with Project Management and software like Asana, Trello, is a plus.
– Outstanding organizational and time management skills
– Excellent verbal and written communications skills
– Discretion, confidentiality, and natural problem-solving skills
– Can work independently and be resourceful
What you’ll do
As a Sales Cold Calling Assistant, you will provide the company with high-level sales and customer support. This role may evolve into a full-time contract in the future. Responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to the following:
– Sales Support: Perform cold calls to potential clients and follow-up calls, as needed
– Answering inbound phone calls and directing them to the POC
– Client Support: Answering customer queries, Drafting communication letters (ex: violation letters, sending out mailers), and Client follow-ups.
– Acting as a liaison for the office staff correspondence with Executives
– Appointment Setting
