Looking for an experienced Real Estate VA with great written and phone skills (US accent/ accent neutral).

What will you do?

– Help schedule property showings/ open houses via email and calls.
– Qualify inbound inquiries to convert leads to appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently.
– Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads.
– Use FollowUp Boss CRM and MailShake to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the showing and closing process
– Assist our Transactions Manager with paperwork for purchase and leasing contracts.
-Assist our Property Manager with concierge desk support, coordinating with the contractors to complete the Maintenance jobs on a property.
– Flexible work. You need to work about 4 hours through the day including weekends from 9 AM Pacific to 7 PM Pacific. As and when there is an email/call answer it immediately, and then work with our agents to schedule the showing.
– Bonus: Quarterly bonus based on performance.
