We are looking for a top notch Real Estate Executive Assistant who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, has a passion for real estate and the ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast paced, deadline-driven work environment.

(Please note you must have worked for a minimum of 18 months in a real estate business to apply)

I am a solo agent with a growing business. I am looking to build a fast-paced, boutique-sized real estate team at Keller Williams, one of Forbes’ happiest companies to work for.

You have:
• Real estate experience is a MUST HAVE (if you do not have at least 18 months of experience, please do not apply)
• Great listening skills and you are not too shy to ask for clarifying questions
• Experience in a fast paced Administrative, Sales Support and Marketing role
• Excellent attention to detail
• Exceptional organizational skills
• A keen eye for style and design
• Solid computer and social media technical skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (if there are typos in your emails, this won’t work out)
• Completed University degree
• A sense of humour

What you’ll do:
• Prepare Agreement of Purchase and Sale and related documents as needed
• Maintain current listings and files in an organized and complete manner
• Prepare powerpoint sales pitch presentations
• Perform MLS searches for relevant data to be used in client presentations
• Oversee marketing operations and social media
• Create, oversee, and maintain new systems/processes to make the team more effective and efficient, including developing operational manuals
• Conduct weekly reporting
• CRM/Database administration
• Create and maintain an organized (virtual) work environment
