We are looking for an experienced Refill Assistant within the mental health field. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a vital member of our administrative staff. Key Qualifications:

Experience: A proven track record as a Refill Assistant within a mental health practice is essential. You must have experience as a refill assistant working closely with patients and providers for medication refills and prior authorizations as needed.
Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Google Suite, EMR/EHR, and CoverMyMeds is a must, showcasing your technological prowess.
Professionalism: Your ability to maintain professionalism while engaging with patients and colleagues is paramount.

Role Requirements:

Technological Setup: You should have access to a desktop or laptop equivalent to an I5, a minimum internet speed of 30 Mbps (with a screenshot of your subscription), reliable backup internet, and a noise-canceling headset.
Clinical Insight: A background in clinical operations and medication refill procedures will set you up for success.
Multi-Tasking: Thriving in a dynamic mental health office, you should excel at multitasking and adapting to shifting priorities.
Organizational Skills: Your organizational skills are crucial, enabling you to juggle various responsibilities with ease.
Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in various applications, including DrChrono, Google Suite, Dropbox, Excel, and Word, is essential.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with an understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy, are mandatory.
Phone Etiquette: Handling multiple phone calls concurrently using our RingCentral phones is part of the role.

Responsibilities:

Phone Management: Efficiently answer calls, direct them appropriately, and monitor the RingCentral queue for timely responses.
Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry in registration and scheduling systems as assigned.
Message Handling: Relay messages promptly, maintaining a high level of customer service both on the phone and through emails.
Financial Duties: Handle patient responsibility fees with accuracy and professionalism.
Communication: Engage with patients through well-crafted emails, showcasing your communication finesse.
