Job Title: Remote Virtual Assistant
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Remote Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of our business. This is a F-time position with flexible hours that can be conducted remotely.

Responsibilities:
* Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents.
* Conduct research and gather information as requested by the team.
* Assist with data entry, database management, and record keeping.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
* Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients and colleagues.
* Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
* Assist in managing social media accounts and online presence.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
* Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner and meet deadlines.

9am to 5pm
Monday to Friday

Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
* Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual communication tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
* Self-motivated and proactive problem solver.
* Stable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work.
