Looking for an experienced sales rep and virtual assistant to join our property management business based in the UK.
IMPORTANT: This is a long-term position in a business with a small team, where the directors will treat you with respect, loyalty and appreciation as an integral part of the team despite you being remote, so please apply only if you are able and willing to commit full-time and reciprocate that loyalty and work with the business for many years.
Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with sales, orders, booking questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries.
WORKING TIME:
Saturday and Sunday – 8 -10 hours shift each day
Additional 3 days during the week, variable 4-8 hours
32-48 hrs per week
Office hours: 11:00am – UK 21:00pm GMT
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Advise customers via phone and email on the services we offer.
• Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
• Cancel or upgrade bookings.
• Assist with the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
• Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
• Act as the company gatekeeper.
• Suggest solutions when an issue with the service arises.
• Attempt to persuade customers to reconsider cancellation.
• Inform customer of deals and promotions.
• Sell services.
REQUIREMENTS
• Fluency in English (both oral and written). A minimum of C1 required, previous experience with British market is a benefit
• Ability to work under pressure to tightly controlled deadlines
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and computer literacy in general
• Willingness to work in a team
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Ability to adapt to different demands
• Resilience and excellent time management.
At least 1 year experience as a customer support representative.
