Job Description

We are a unique non-bank lender specializing in providing short-term loans exclusively for payroll funding to businesses. As an alternative lender, we offer flexible solutions tailored to businesses with inconsistent cash flow, enabling them to meet their weekly or bi-weekly payroll obligations without the burdensome restrictions and fees associated with traditional bank loans.

Job Description:
As a Sales Representative at our company, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and building strong partnerships. Your primary responsibility will be to engage in direct sales to businesses that align with our target market, ensuring that they understand the benefits of our payroll-only loan product. You will be working with leads provided by the company and may have the option to source your own leads if you possess the necessary expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct approximately 75 to 100 calls per day to potential clients, maintaining efficiency and effective communication.
– Effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of our payroll funding product to prospects.
– Collaborate with payroll companies and other potential partners to generate referrals.
– Utilize HubSpot and Calendly to manage leads and schedule appointments efficiently.
– Identify client needs and tailor loan solutions to meet their specific requirements.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential opportunities.

Requirements:
– Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. (AMERICAN ACCENT ONLY)
– Familiarity with HubSpot and Calendly or a quick ability to adapt to new systems.
– Proven sales experience, preferably in a high-volume outbound calling environment.
– Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
– Ability to work independently and demonstrate a proactive and results-driven attitude.
– Knowledge of financial products and lending would be an advantage but not mandatory.

WORK SCHEDULE:
This is a full-time position, typically Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm (ideally)
RATE: $7/hr
