We seek a motivated and experienced Chat Sales Manager to join our team. As a Chat Sales Manager, you will lead our chat sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will be pivotal in developing and implementing strategies to maximize sales opportunities through chat channels.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and motivate a team of chat sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
· Develop and implement effective chat sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer acquisition.
· Monitor chat sales performance metrics and KPIs, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
· Provide coaching, training, and support to chat sales representatives to enhance their performance and productivity.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to optimize chat sales processes and initiatives.
· Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to chat sales.
· Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

• Proven experience (3+ years) in a chat sales or related role, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

• In-depth knowledge of chat sales strategies, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Other qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
· Proficient in technology platforms including G Suite, Discord, WhatsApp, and similar chat platforms.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving goals.
· Proficiency in analyzing sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
· Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and initiatives.
· Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
