* Initiating and following up on calls and messages generated from our advertisements.
* Respond promptly and professionally to potential customer inquiries, providing them with relevant information about our offers and services.
* Collaborating effectively with the Sales Team to achieve collective goals.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our internal databases and sales spreadsheets.
* Contributing to continuous improvement by sharing insights and ideas for enhancing our sales strategies and processes.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

* Proactive and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Demonstrated sales experience, showcasing your ability to drive results and exceed targets.
* Proficiency with computer applications such as Excel, CRM software, and email communication.
* Familiarity with American culture, allowing you to establish rapport and connect with potential customers.
* Availability during EST Timezone for training sessions and team meetings conducted via Zoom.
* Confidence, persuasiveness, and a high level of accuracy in conveying information.
* Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously while maintaining accountability.
