Job Position: Experienced Sales Position Working for a Real Estate Investor (Minimum 40-45 hours a week CST Monday to Friday, 100% Virtual work, Salary Pay, Full Time, Paid Time-Off, Bonuses, Benefits included)
Job Description: Our Real Estate Investing firm, KP Assets LLC, is opening up 1 position for a sales position. Our company focuses on vacant land investing. This job will require a minimum of 40-45 hours a week working on a Central Standard Time Zone (CST) Monday through Friday. All specific job related tasks will be taught on the job via Zoom. You will be working directly with the owner and one other virtual assistant.
Applicants will start in training status for 8 weeks. Upon a successful completion of training you will be offered a full time non-training position with increased pay and phased benefits. Training pay is $950 USD and full time pay is $950-1800 USD.
Applicants Applying Must:
– Have strong English Speaking and Negotiation Skills.
– Be comfortable with being rejected by customers.
– Work on a Central Standard Time Zone Monday through Friday. Generally speaking from 1030 to 1930 hours with a 30-60 minute lunch break in the middle.
– Have a quite professional work location, wifi, a smart phone and a computer.
– Be very comfortable striking up conversations with strangers and building rapport (We need talkers).

Full Time Pay Benefits Include:
– Paid Healthcare For you and your immediate family after 6 months of performance.

The Majority of Your Time & Responsibilities include the following:
– Answering and responding to leads for people wanting to buy vacant land real estate.
– Closing deals with the buyers over the phone.
– Following up with buyers to ensure they make the purchase.
– Using SMS Marketing to identify individuals who want to buy property.
– Creating mailing campaigns to targeted areas in order to identify individuals who want to buy.
– Researching properties online and determining the market value.
– Writing SMS copy used for marketing purposes.
– Creating purchase agreements and following up with customers until they sign the agreement.
– Following up with customers via phone call in order to ascertain their level of interest in buying their property.
– Communicating with the local county office in order to answer questions according to provided checklists.
– Researching deeds for targeted properties we are investing in.
– Following up with customers to ensure they fully sign and notarize the closing paperwork.
– Finding and pricing new areas that our company will invest in.
– Conduct a meeting twice weekly setting out the tasks for that week.

Needed Skills:
– You should be good at using, understanding and learning new technology. Our company uses the following applications: Google Mail/Documents/Sheets/Drive, MS Excel, Zapier, Trello (Project Management), and other applications. If you don’t recognize some of these that is fine. You just need to be able to use technological applications (Nothing overly complicated).
– The ability to take feedback and increase your skills.
– Highly detailed orientated and organized.
– Experience in real estate is not required but will definitely help.
