As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at an AI SalesTech SaaS company, you will play a vital role in driving growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads for our innovative SaaS solution. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospects, understand their needs, and generate interest in AI SalesTech SaaS through effective communication and outreach strategies. Key Responsibilities:

1. Virtual Assistant – CEO: Act as a virtual assistant to the CEO, prioritizing calendar events, and driving business and sales objectives.

2. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and target potential customers who can benefit from AI SalesTech SaaS within the defined market segments.

2. Outreach and Qualification: Initiate outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to engage with leads, assess their needs, and qualify their interest in our SaaS solution.

3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of AI SalesTech SaaS, its features, benefits, and competitive advantages, and effectively communicate this information to prospects.

4. Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth conversations with prospects to uncover pain points and challenges related to sales messaging and offer tailored solutions.

5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel and ensuring a positive customer experience.

6. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to coordinate and align efforts in achieving revenue goals.

7. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, activities, and outcomes in our CRM system.

8. Targets and Metrics: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

9. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and sales techniques to continuously improve your knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in a BDR or similar sales role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
– Excellent listening skills with the ability to understand and address prospect pain points.
– Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
– Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
– A genuine passion for technology and innovation.
