Role Overview:

As a Sales Representative, your main goal is to effectively manage and convert our incoming leads into clients. We receive approximately 300 leads per week, and we will count on you to maximize their conversion. We are an online business marketing and consulting firm. We provide many services, but one of the main ones is website design and development. This is the current task at hand; aka, the product.

Key Tasks and Expectations:

*Outreach: Contact the leads that we have through various channels. Utilize the provided phone app to make phone calls, send emails, and even text for efficient and effective communication.

*Create Your Own Spiel: Develop your own unique communication style and scripts to engage the leads effectively. A personal yet professional approach often cultivates a robust and trusting relationship between the sales rep and the customer.

*Offer Audit: Offer an instant audit to the leads. Subsequently, book a meeting for a team discussion and presentation of the free audit. Ensure that all communications and offers strongly represent the value and benefits the customer will gain.

*Meeting Bookings: Aim to book at least 2-3 meetings per week to discuss the audit findings and address potential concerns or inquiries.

*Follow-Up System: Implement a system to track and follow up with leads. Regular follow-ups with our clients and leads are crucial and greatly increase the likelihood of closing deals.

*Lead Tracking: Update the lead tracker list through HubSpot consistently. Keep every lead status up-to-date to ensure no opportunity is missed.

*Closing and Nurturing: Close the deal and nurture the leads. Remember, closing a deal is not the end of a relationship with a client. Instead, it represents a new phase where we need to uphold our services and exceed expectations.

Work Schedule:

3-4 hours a day, from Monday to Friday. All activities should be done during the EST office/business hours. Time management is essential for successful outreach and engagement.

Please note that this role requires enthusiasm, creativity, and exceptional communication and organizational skills to secure successful lead conversions.

You’ll be expected to maintain cordial and professional relationships with every customer, place the customer’s needs first, and strive to exceed their expectations with our service. Catch and keep up with the fast-paced, exciting world of sales with us!
