Experienced Salesperson Needed, must be English fluent

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Sales Manager to handle inbound sales call and chat opportunities.

We will provide:
– Flexibility & Freedom: There are about 3-10 inbound calls/chats daily. Each is a big sales opportunity so these need to be promptly answered. The amount of time spent working is that of a part time job so you will have free time to work on your other projects.

– Sales Leads: interested customers will contact you. There is no cold calling required.

– You will have a stable and long term career working from your home office. We are one of the leading retailers in our industry.

– Training in our products and sales techniques will be provided. A proven history of success in sales is required.

Responsibilities:
– When interested customers call or chat, try to close the sale. If necessary, set a reminder to follow up with them after a few days.

– Provide limited after sales support. For example, if your customer wants to initiate a return, you can offer them a partial refund to keep the order.

Job requirements:

– Self-motivated and someone who enjoys working independently

– Very fluent in written and spoken English. It’s a big plus if you are good at relating to people about American culture

– Great at building trust and creating rapport

– Available at least 5 days a week. Part time may be acceptable. (Calls/chats outside of these hours can be returned later)

– A quiet environment for taking calls in a professional manner with no loud background noise (pets or children)
