Experienced SEO Specialist

Position Overview:
We seek an Experienced SEO Specialist with a strong background in conducting detailed SEO audits and providing actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in SEO, with a deep understanding of how to analyze and improve website performance in search rankings. This role requires someone who can not only identify issues but also clearly explain the rationale behind their recommendations and ensure their effective implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
SEO Audits: Conduct comprehensive SEO audits of client websites, identifying areas for improvement in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Actionable Recommendations: Provide clear, actionable steps for enhancing website SEO, explaining the expected impact and rationale behind each recommendation.
Implementation Oversight: Monitor the implementation of SEO strategies to ensure they are executed correctly and effectively.
Performance Analysis: Regularly review and analyze website performance post-implementation to measure success and identify further optimization opportunities.
SEO Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine overall SEO strategies, ensuring alignment with the latest search engine algorithms and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in SEO, specifically in conducting audits and providing strategic recommendations.
SEO Tools Proficiency: Expertise using advanced SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AhRefs, Screaming Frog).
Understanding of SEO Metrics: Strong grasp of key SEO metrics and the ability to interpret these metrics to drive strategy.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex SEO concepts and strategies.
