EXPERIENCED Shopify & Etsy VA needed!

I am looking for an experienced Shopify and Etsy Virtual Assistant to join my team!
My goal is to create luxurious brands that provides people solutions to their problems – both as a physical product and/or a digital product. I value efficiency, dedication and hard work and these values are vital to everything I do.

ABOUT US:
My main business is a start-up ecommerce dropshipping store run on the Shopify platform. The niche for this store is Maternity and Baby products.
I am currently also planning another business which involves creating and selling Digital and Print On Demand products on the Etsy marketplace.

***To be able to qualify for this position, you MUST be fully competent and have prior experience on both Shopify and Etsy platforms***

I am looking for a smart, reliable, and devoted VA to join our team. The ideal candidate MUST be capable of completing various tasks such as creating organic and paid ADs for these products on all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest), daily social media management, websites management, email marketing, order fulfilment and customer support.

This position is a FULL-TIME role (plus any overtime). There is a lot of work needing to be done, hence this role offers a unique opportunity to learn and gain expertise in various aspects of VA.

I am looking for someone who wants to be a part of our business for the long term. As the business grows, there will be opportunities for you to focus on a more specific role that aligns with your interests and skills. You’ll be part of something from great from the beginning!

EXPECTATIONS:
– Proficiency in BOTH Shopify and Etsy
– Creating organic/paid Ads and content on all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest)
– Maintain websites and SEO
– Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work
– Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proactive approach to asking questions and suggesting innovative ideas
– Familiarity with programs like Canva, Capcut, Printify, Printful, Erank, Adobe Premiere/Illustrator etc.

WHAT ARE NOT LOOKING FOR:
– If you don’t have prior experience in BOTH Shopify & Etsy – do not apply
– Disorganised or have difficulty with deadlines or working under pressure
– Not proactive and incapable of taking initiative
– If you need to be guided every step of the way
– If you are looking for a short term contract
– Can not commit to a full time role
