Experienced Shopify Product Lister

We hope this message finds you well. We are a thriving Shopify dropshipping business specializing in the European market, we are thrilled to expand our team and are actively seeking a skilled Shopify Lister Specialist to join our new venture.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in product listing should be at least 6 months of creating product pages on the Shopify platform, and must be highly developed in communication.
We’re expanding globally and need your expertise to manage product listings across multiple languages, including English, German, Swedish, and French.

Responsibilities:

Product Listing: (MUST)
-Create, optimize, and develop product listings on Shopify in multiple languages by finding competitors’ pages. (Exceptional writing and communication skills with a focus on a persuasive copy, and translating this into different languages)
-Follow a specific template/structure for the product page description.
-Edit and upload high-quality images for global audiences.
-Monitor product availability and update listings accordingly.
-Manage product variations and upload comments on all products.

Shopify Expertise: (MUST)
– Know how to work with Shopify and easily use different apps.
– Troubleshoot and resolve any Shopify-related issues.
– Problem-solving mentality is important.

English Communication: (MUST)
– Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
– Basic editing knowledge to edit the images if needed.

Your work will be as follows:
-Create high-converting product descriptions with images, GIFs, text, and comments.
-Part-time commitment.
-Ensure smooth workflow, proactively addressing any potential delays.
-Working with a deadline every day at 12:00 CET Amsterdam time (19:00 Philippines time) that the work must be done.
-Reporting on your work every day
-Weekly team meetings
-Update the Google sheet with all product-related information based on the provided instructions.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in writing product descriptions, product listing, and store management, specifically for dropshipping.
-Proficiency with Shopify, ChatGPT, Deepl, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop.
-Strong understanding of the dropshipping model and ability to write for a diverse range of products.
-Exceptional writing and communication skills with a focus on persuasive copy, and translating this into different languages
-Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
-Creativity and an eye for design aesthetics.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks, confidence, ability to work at home, and 100% commitment.

This role begins with between 24 AND 30 hours per week commitment, with the potential for increased hours based on performance and business needs.
