Passionate about content creation, scheduling, and social media management? We’re seeking a candidate with proven expertise and a deep understanding of platform-specific nuances in social media.

At our agency, we’re all about connecting the dots. With a roster of clients eager to post multiple times a day and a wealth of ideas to share, we need a Social Media Specialist to help make our vision a reality.

Ideal candidates should:

+ Demonstrate creativity and a knack for designing content that resonates with our clients’ brand values and marketing campaigns.
+ Exhibit proficiency in creating platform-specific copy, understanding the differences in style and limitations between platforms such as Twitter, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, etc.
+ Possess comprehensive knowledge of Canva, with the ability to rapidly produce a variety of assets.
+ Be adept at collaborative planning, capable of working with team members to map out content strategies each week.
+ Have proven experience scheduling posts using Later or Hootsuite.

Responsibilities include scheduling posts through Facebook Planner, Canva, and similar tools, and posting across multiple platforms like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.

This remote position offers flexible working hours. However, you should be able to accommodate the California Timezone. While this is a part-time role to begin with, a full-time position could be available for the right candidate.

NOTE: Only applicants with previous, proven expertise in social media management will be considered for this position. Candidates who cannot demonstrate the specific skills outlined above will not be considered.
