As a Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our mission by effectively managing our social media presence. * Content Calendar: Maintain and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across all platforms.
* Audience Engagement: Foster and grow our online community by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content.
* Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to improve our strategy.
* Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns and initiatives to promote fundraising events, awareness campaigns, and volunteer recruitment.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams to integrate social media into broader marketing and communication strategies.

* Proven Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, with a strong track record of managing social media accounts for organizations or brands.
* Platform Expertise: Proficiency in managing and creating content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
* Content Creation: Exceptional content creation skills, ( including graphic design and copywriting using AI is advantage )
* Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
* Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and innovative content.
* Passion for the Cause: A genuine passion for the mission and objectives of Our Charity cause.
* Analytical Skills: Proficiency in social media analytics and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing trends and algorithms in the social media landscape.
