Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation and Management:

– Design visually appealing graphics and edit videos to enhance posts.
2. Social Media Strategy:
– Develop and implement effective social media strategies tailored to each client’s goals and target audience.
– Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
3. Community Management:
– Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
– Foster positive relationships with followers and influencers to build a strong online community.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
– Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
– Provide regular reports on key metrics, such as engagement, reach, and follower growth, along with actionable insights.
5. Paid Advertising:
– Create and manage social media ad campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
– Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
– Work closely with clients to understand their needs, goals, and brand guidelines.
– Collaborate with other team members, such as graphic designers and content writers, to ensure cohesive and effective social media campaigns.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
– Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
– Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
