We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating and curating content, engaging with our audience, and helping to grow our online community.
This role will also involve editing and repurposing podcast episodes into short clips for social media and YouTube. This position does not provide Social Media training or hand-holding. We are looking for an expert who can take charge of our Social Media Management, create a strategy (which must be approved by our team first) and implement it immediately.
** Applicants must be able to work within our normal working hours of 0900-1700 EST**
This can become a full-time position if you possess the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to drive results.
**Who You will be Working With**
Healthcare Boss Academy (HCB) is a small company located in Orlando, FL and owned by husband and wife, both healthcare practitioners.. HCB has been empowering healthcare professionals to start and scale their clinics through consulting and online training since 2017.
With our recent rebranding, we are looking to strengthen our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. We also have a weekly newsletter and podcast that we aim to repurpose for engaging social media content.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop and implement a social media strategy to enhance our brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
– Manage and engage with our four Facebook groups, actively responding to posts and fostering a positive community.
– Create, design, and schedule content using MetriCool and Canva, ensuring alignment with our brand and goals.
– Repurpose content from our weekly newsletter and podcast into engaging social media posts and YouTube clips.
– Schedule and plan content, ensuring a consistent posting schedule.
– Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
– Communicate with the team via Slack and manage tasks in Asana.
– Participate in monthly Zoom meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
**Requirements:**
– Minimum of 5 years experience as a Social Media Manager.
– Minimum 2 years experience working in a remote team environment.
– Proficient in using MetriCool and Canva.
– Fluent in English with strong grammar skills and attention to detail.
– Skill in editing and design.
– Detail-oriented with an eye for spotting mistakes.
– Experience in scheduling and managing content, as well as engaging with online communities.
– MUST WORK 9 AM to 5 PM EST. Ability to work part-time, available on Slack for any questions and provide a fast response, within 30 minutes.
