Experienced Social Media Manager

Role: Experienced Social Media Manager for a Real Estate business
Working Hours: 9PM – 5AM PH Time (Monday to Friday)
Salary: $4 per hour – paid weekly

RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you can expect to do in the immediate future are:
1) Oversee social media platforms
2) Develop and recommend strategies in increasing social media presence of the business
3) Help increase followers/subscribers
4) Create a content calendar each month
5) Engage with the audience in the comments section
6) Respond to inquiries or questions in DMs or personal messages
7) Generate monthly statistical reports with social analytics and trends to track growth
8) Create monthly reports for online reviews and feedback

QUALIFICATIONS:
1) You must have prior social media management experience.
2) You must be knowledgeable with these apps:
a. Slack
b. Hubstaff
c. ClickUp
d. Dialpad
e. Social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube
3) You must know the technicalities and aspects of each social media platform.
4) Your English writing and speaking skills must be great. They don’t need to be perfect, though that is preferred.
5) You must have excellent multitasking and organizational ability.
6) Prior experience with a US Real Estate business is a BIG plus!
