Job Description:
We’re looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant with experience in social media management, customer service, and email marketing to help grow our client base and ensure smooth operations. We are looking for someone to be with us for the long haul and to grow with our company so if this is something you are looking for, you are in the right place. This position will start off as a part-time position with the potential of becoming full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

-Create engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
-Respond to comments and messages.
-Edit videos and posts to make them social media-ready.

Facebook Marketplace Management:

-Create and post appealing listings multiple times a day.
-Respond promptly to inquiries.
-Analyze and improve listings.

Lead Sourcing and Customer Outreach:

-Research and compile potential client lists.
-Reach out to potential customers via email.
-Maintain a Google Sheets list of contacts and track interactions.

Qualifications:

1) 1-2 years of Social Media Experience
2) Experience posting on Facebook Marketplace and analyzing posts successs
3) Strong writing capability in English
4) Proficient in Google Sheets and productivity tools.
5) Skilled in video editing and content creation.
