I am looking for a social media manager to help with my personal content as well as my marketing for my clients that operate in various industries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the clients – Including idea creation, script writing, video editing (mainly short form) and paid ads.
Responsibilities for my personal content:
Edit the raw google drive footage into youtube videos and upload to my YT – these are basic edits, work with my thumbnail editor to produce an effective thumbnail.
Cut down these youtube videos into best bits short forms – 1 minute clips for IG, TikTok and YT Shorts and 3 minute videos for Facebook
Schedule the YT videos, Short Form videos and Facebook videos
Stay organised, ensuring the spreadsheets are updated so we keep track of the content
Responsibilities for my clients:
Work varies from client to client, so it is important to be able to communicate effectively to both me and the client.
Idea Creation – have strong knowledge of what works on short form content. An effective audio and visual hook.
Script Writing – Strong English skills. Be able to write scripts for my voiceovers for my clients, adjusting the script to the clients needs.
Video Editing – Ability to edit long form and short form content. Be able to edit in different styles to suit each client.
Organisation – This is KEY. Working with various clients and deadlines, we need to stay very organised and make sure we stick to deadlines.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a social media manager working across multiple platforms – PROOF of running successful social media campaigns.
High level English written and verbal skills – Be able to write scripts as if you were an English native speaker.
Organisational skills – be able to manage your time with my personal content and the content of various clients. Updating the spreadsheets so I remain in the loop and ensuring all the work is done on time.
Using your initiative to work independently on projects, freeing up my time. However, knowing when to contact me if any problems arise.
BONUS: Paid ad skills. If you have experience running paid ads on google and meta, this is a massive bonus as it is something I am expanding my agency into. I need proof with numbers to back this up!
In return, you will be working at an agency that is growing rapidly with potential for pay rises and increased responsibility in the future. The initial hours will be 20 hours per week, however, I will be looking to increase this as I bring more clients on board.
