We’re looking for an innovative and tech-savvy social media virtual assistant who is self-driven, reliable and has experience navigating the world of social media to join our team!

This job starts at part-time, but eventually will be moved to full-time as business needs arises. This is a permanent work from home position.

Company:

I’m the co-founder of an e-commerce brokerage company that helps business owners sell their e-commerce businesses, agencies, and SaaS (software as a service). We are based in the UK, but we work with businesses all over the world.

I’m also an e-commerce consultant, speaker and mentor. I provide actionable tips to scale e-commerce businesses through various social media channels I own.

Our target audiences are entrepreneurs, startups, e-commerce business owners, and online sellers.

Job Position Description:

We’re looking for a social media virtual assistant to help us manage and grow our social media accounts. This includes, but is not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and podcast platforms like Apple Podcasts or Spotify.

We want someone who is passionate about the nitty-gritty details of social media marketing and someone who is seeking long-term commitment.

Core Qualifications – Deal Breakers:

– At least a year of experience as a social media virtual assistant.
– Proven record of Instagram following growth (organic approach).
– Experience in growing and managing Facebook Business Page and Facebook Group.
– Experience in Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
– Experience in scheduling social media posts. Content will be provided.
– Ability to read account analytics and create action steps to target areas for improvement.
– Social listening. Ability to research new trends and content ideas to keep the brands up-to-date and stay relevant.
– Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
– Proactive, creative-thinker, reliable and problem-solver.

Other Qualifications – Huge Plus:

– Knowledge in the e-commerce industry and entrepreneurship.
– Social media calendar planning.
– Experience in growing YouTube channels.
– Knowledge of Click-Up and other social media management tools.

What is NOT required from you YET:

– Writing social media content, copies, and descriptions.
– Writing articles for website or blogs.
– Collaborating with other brands to produce assets.
– You are not primarily responsible for developing content yet. But as you advance in your career, we’d love for you to start building content and help us plan and execute.

Salary:
This is a part-time job that pays $5 USD an hour.

Job Highlights:

– Paid training. All training materials will be provided.
– No specific working hours, but you need to be online between the hours of 4:00PM to 8:00PM Philippine time as the client is based in the UK.
– Salary increase based on performance.

– If moved to full-time position, HMO will be provided six (6) months after the effective date of your full-time employment.
