Experienced Software Sales Representative

We are a small and developing software company based in the U.S. that focuses on providing online services to researchers worldwide. What you will do:

· Online presentations of the software product and following up with potential customers

· Managing sales pipeline (customers, leads, deals) through Zoho

· Outbound sales through LinkedIn Sales Navigator

· Participate in our meetings to share ideas

· Other ad hoc tasks as needed

What skills and attitudes are we looking for:

· At least 3 years of sales experience and a proven track record

· Strong fluency in English

· Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Comfortable in an online work environment, e.g., using online tools such as Slack, Zoom, Zoho, etc.

· Flexible work timings(U.S. time)

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Appreciates innovation and collaboration

· Open to learning new things

· Trustworthy and reliable

· Understands and shares the mission of ExpiWell

What we can offer:

A close-knit team that supports each other.

Reliable compensation every four(4) weeks. This means 13 months pay. There is a 2-month probation period with a monthly base compensation of USD 500. Afterward, you have the option to join us full-time with a monthly base salary of USD 1,000 + commission on every sale.

No tracking of working time. Trust is a core value within the team, and so are responsibility and accountability. The ExpiWell team currently has members from the U.S., the Philippines, and India.

In-house training on the platforms and web apps we use (e.g., Zoho)
